Chase Dowling, Account Manager joins Synapse Services, LLC in Houston, TX

Synapse Services, LLC announced today that Chase Dowling has joined its’ wholesale insurance brokerage unit as an Account Manager based in Houston, TX. Chase brings energy casualty underwriting experience and strong technical capabilities to the Synapse team.

Prior to joining Synapse, Chase worked at CV Starr Insurance, where he aligned with retailer brokers and was responsible for energy casualty underwriting, leading the team in new business production.
