Synapse Services, LLC has been recognized as a “Top Insurance Workplace” by Insurance Business America Magazine.
Insurance Business America’s Top Insurance Workplaces recognizes companies in the insurance industry that excel above all others. To achieve the Top Insurance Workplace designation, Synapse employees were asked to participate in an anonymous survey where they evaluated their workplace on a number of metrices, including: Employee benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity. In order to be considered, Synapse had to reach a minimum number of employee responses and achieve at least an 80% satisfaction rating.
Synapse scored 93.8% which is the third highest score of all 67 companies who made the 2020 list and the highest score of all wholesale brokers.
