A "must read" for any construction company owner, executive or manager, and for insurance brokers and agents with construction company clients, the article details a Professional Loss nightmare based on actual experience.  A construction company was sued for customer's losses relating to delays in opening a semi professional baseball stadium due to  design flaws, even though the customer, and not the constuction company, had selected the design professionals, who had liability insurance at the time they performed their services.
